LEAD IMPRESSION BLOCK

MJM Lead Impression Block (LIB) is designed to provide a simple but effective means of taking an imprint of a down hole device or obstruction.

By a single, downward jar against the obstruction, the soft lead face is imprinted after impact.
After removing the lead Impression Block at surface the indentation can be interpreted to provide an indication as to the cause and type of obstruction within the well.
The interpreted results allow for subsequent fishing operations to be performed to enable fish recovery.

• To provide simple means of cleaning debris from the tubing wall, in and around nipple profiles.

WIRE SCRATCHER

Wire Scratcher is designed to remove the buidup of scale, wax and sand from the tubing ID. It can also be used to recover wire remnants during fishing operation and unwanted debris such as broken ‘V’ packings from the well bore.

Lengths of suitabel slickline or braided line are cut to the required OD and potitioned in the holes along the Scratcher body. MJM have 2 type of wire scrather, first tipe is wire scrather who have a locking grab screw for fixed wire into place, this type for stright wire, and solid body wire scrather without locking grab screw, for helix wire.

The tips of wire strands will remove debri as they pass in and out of the well bore. The Wire Scratcher is ideal for clearing in and arounnipple profiles before setting lock mandrels. This ensures the key profiles are clear of any obstruction that would prevent the lock mandrel keys from opening fully.
